Our mosquito nets are made of T60-60 aluminum painted with epoxy powder on a gripping base. The box is not screwed but uses a reinforced nylon joint to allow the absorption of thermal expansion, therefore the mosquito net maintains its stability over time.
The net is structured with fine mesh and fiberglass covered with a PVC bath, it allows elasticity to stress, such as the wind.
Rivets are fixed to the edges of the net inside the guide and act as bearings, keeping the net parallel to the guides without letting it out. A friction spring system can be inserted in the box which allows, once you wants to open, a controlled return. Mosquito nets can be available in various types, with vertical, horizontal, vertical, horizontal and sliding plisetters.
